Our Drinks

Pale Lager, ABV: 5.9%, IBU: 22 (GR) – A crushable pale lager with a clean finish and modern edge.

Red Rye IPA, ABV: 7.1%, IBU: 66 (GR) – A red IPA with a bold malt backbone and kick of rye that makes it balanced and drinkable for every round in the revolver.

Munich Helles, ABV: 5.9%, IBU: 18 (GR) – Light, crisp, and perfectly balanced. A true tip of the hat to classic German brewing.

West Coast IPA, ABV: 6.5%, IBU: 69 (GR) – American West Coast to the bone: dry, bitter, and bursting with pine and citrus.

Stout, ABV: 5.7%, IBU: 35 (GR) – Deep notes of chocolate, roastiness, and medium body.

Amber Bock - IBU 27, 7.6% ABV (GR) - A smooth, malt-forward Amber Bock loaded with rich toasted bread, caramel, and a touch of dark fruit. Deep amber in color with a clean lager finish, it’s full-flavored, balanced, and dangerously easy to drink.

Märzen - IBU: 19, ABV: 6.3% (GR) – A malt-forward fest beer sure to satisfy this Oktoberfest. Prost!

Dunkelweizen - IBU 13, 5ABV 5.2% (GR) - To celebrate our 1-year anniversary, we brewed up a dark and delicious Dunkel. With dark malts and big wheat flavor... this Hired Gun is sure to get the job done!

Fruited Sour - IBU: 25, ABV% 4.8 (GR) - Huckleberry is back! Effervescent from start to finish, this beer has a moderate tartness with a big huckleberry flavor and aroma. Worthy of Doc Holliday himself.

Western Mild - ABV: 5.1%, IBU: 26 (GR) - Don't let the name fool you. Mild Bill may be polite, but he's no pushover. Inspired by the classic English Mild, this Western version packs layers of toasted malt, biscuit, toffee, and a slight hint of cocoa into an incredibly smooth, sessionable pint. The addition of 6-row barley is a nod to the American West to remind you that you're drinking a Gunslinger beer. Low drama. Big flavor.

Hoppy American Wheat Ale - ABV 5.4%, 34 IBU (GR) - A hoppy American wheat ale that fires from the hip with bright citrus hop character, soft wheat smoothness, and a crisp, refreshing finish. At 5.4% ABV and 34 IBUs, it hits the sweet spot between easy-drinking and flavor-packed — bursting with notes of orange peel, tropical fruit, and a touch of pine without weighing you down. Smooth enough for a long afternoon, bold enough to keep your attention. One pint in and you might get a little… trigger happy.

Italian Pilsner - ABV: 5.9%, 37 IBU (GR) - Spaghetti Western rides in with crisp continental malt, bright floral hops, and a firm, clean bitterness. This Italian Pilsner is light-bodied, dry, and refreshing, but with enough bite to remind you it’s still a Gunslinger beer.

SMaSH Copper Pilsner - ABV: 6.0, 35 IBU (GR) - The second in our SMaSH Series, Tin Star 2.0 uses Copper hops to give notes of red candy and peach rings, with a hint of honeydew melon... all wrapped into a crispy pilsner!
