Our Core Lineup
Munich Helles, ABV: 5.9%, IBU: 18 (GR) – Light, crisp, and perfectly balanced. A true tip of the hat to classic German brewing.
Red Rye IPA, ABV: 7.1%, IBU: 66 (GR) – A red IPA with a bold malt backbone and kick of rye that makes it balanced and drinkable for every round in the revolver.
Pale Lager, ABV: 5.9%, IBU: 22 (GR) – A crushable pale lager with a clean finish and modern edge.
West Coast IPA, ABV: 6.5%, IBU: 69 (GR) – American West Coast to the bone: dry, bitter, and bursting with pine and citrus.
Stout, ABV: 5.7%, IBU: 35 (GR) – Deep notes of chocolate, roastiness, and medium body.
Fruited Sour, ABV: 5.9%, IBU: 30 (GR) – Effervescent from start to finish, it has moderate tartness with a huckleberry kiss.

Our Rotating Beers
SMaSH Pilsner, ABV: 4.9%, IBU: 32 (GR) – A Single-Malt, Single-Hop Pilsner made with Pilsner Malt and Galaxy Hops. A clean pilsner with hop flavor as sharp as the points on the Sheriff’s badge.
Märzen, ABV: 5.9%, IBU: 19 (GR) – Just in time for Oktoberfest, a malt-forward fest beer sure to satisfy. Prost!
Cowboy Common, ABV: 4.25%, IBU: 17 (GR) – An easy-drinking malty beer, made to cut the dust after a long day.
Czech Pilsner, ABV: 4.9%, IBU: 21 (GR) – Collaboration with Phantom Canyon Traditional Czech Pils: clean, crisp, and loaded with Old World hops.
Cold IPA, ABV: 6.0%, IBU: 42 (GR) – Cold IPA double dry-hopped with loads of Rakau and Idaho-7 hops. Cold, refreshing, with big hop flavor and aroma.
Biere de Garde - IBU: 22, ABV: 6.9% (GR) - Collaboration w/LUKI Brewery - Complex and malty with caramel sweetness, and hints of cherry and apple Belgian esters.
